1. Overview

Drawbridge Companion is an independent planning companion app for players of The Tower - Idle Tower Defense. The app is designed to help users organize profile information, review progression data, and compare planning recommendations.

Drawbridge Companion is designed as a local-first app. At launch, it does not require an account and does not operate a Drawbridge Companion server for storing user game profiles.

2. Information you enter into the app

You may choose to enter or generate information such as:

• Game profile details and progression values.
• Run history, performance records, and run notes.
• Workshop, lab, module, card, bot, ultimate weapon, and similar planning values.
• Preferences, settings, and planning assumptions.
• Exported or imported profile files that you choose to manage.

This information is used to provide app functionality, including planning, recommendations, profile summaries, and comparison tools.

3. Local storage, backups, imports, and exports

User-entered profile and planning data is stored on your device by the app unless you choose to export, back up, share, or otherwise move that data outside the app.

If you use an export or backup feature, you are responsible for where you store or share that exported file. If you import a profile file, the app uses the imported data to update or create profile information in the app.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

If Drawbridge Companion offers paid access, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are handled by Apple through the App Store. Drawbridge Companion may receive purchase or entitlement status needed to unlock paid app features, but it does not receive your full payment card information from Apple.

5. Analytics, crash reporting, and tracking

This policy does not describe any third-party advertising trackers or behavioral advertising tools in the app. If analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, advertising, or other third-party data services are added in a future version, this policy should be updated to describe those services before or when they are used.

6. Support communications

If you contact support, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message, such as screenshots, app version, device details, error descriptions, or profile details you choose to provide. Support communications are used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and maintain records of support interactions.

7. Website hosting information

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Like most web hosts, the provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

This website does not include advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels in this static launch version.

8. How information is shared

We do not sell user-entered profile data. Information may be shared only in limited circumstances, such as:

• With service providers that help operate the app, website, purchases, or support.
• When required to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable requests.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or others.
• With your direction, such as when you choose to export or share a profile file.

9. Data retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, remove the app, or replace it through import or restore behavior. Exported files remain wherever you store them.

Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to requests, maintain support history, improve the app, and meet legal or operational needs. You may contact support to request deletion of support communications where reasonably possible.

10. Children

Drawbridge Companion is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or another channel, contact us so we can review and respond appropriately.

11. Security

We use reasonable operational safeguards for the website and support communications. No app, website, device, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Your choices

• You can choose what profile and planning information you enter into the app.
• You can delete local app data by using available app controls or removing the app from your device.
• You can choose whether to export, store, or share profile files.
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID and App Store settings.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, website, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
