1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Drawbridge Companion or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Independent companion app

Drawbridge Companion is an independent, unofficial companion app for The Tower - Idle Tower Defense. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Tech Tree Games LLC.

References to The Tower - Idle Tower Defense, Tech Tree Games, and related game terms are used only to describe compatibility and the purpose of the companion app. Drawbridge Companion does not claim ownership of any third-party names, trademarks, game content, or intellectual property.

3. Informational planning tool

Drawbridge Companion provides planning tools, calculations, summaries, and recommendations for informational purposes only. Results may be incomplete, approximate, outdated, or affected by user-entered data, modeling assumptions, app bugs, game updates, or undocumented game behavior.

You are responsible for your own gameplay decisions and for verifying any recommendation before relying on it.

4. User-entered data

You are responsible for the accuracy of any profile values, run history, notes, settings, imports, exports, or other information you enter into the app. Incorrect or incomplete data can lead to incorrect summaries or recommendations.

5. Subscriptions and paid features

Drawbridge Companion may offer paid access, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included features will be shown in the app purchase flow or on the App Store before purchase.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store settings. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled according to Apple’s subscription terms and the settings shown by Apple. Restore-purchase controls may be provided in the app where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or website, including by attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service, website, or other users. You also agree not to use Drawbridge Companion for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Drawbridge Companion, the Drawbridge Companion name, website content, app content, interface text, design, and related materials are owned by their respective owner except where otherwise noted.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Drawbridge Companion or any third-party intellectual property referenced by the app or website.

8. Availability and changes

Drawbridge Companion may change, add, remove, or limit features at any time. The app or website may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued. We may also update these Terms when the app, website, legal requirements, or business terms change.

9. No warranties

Drawbridge Companion and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Drawbridge Companion and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost data, lost progress, lost profits, or gameplay outcomes arising from use of the app or website.

Your use of the app and website is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
